Solarcollab Platforms Stack
Founded in 2014, Solarcollab partners have a deep and steadfast conviction in the long-term disruptive potential of emerging technology when applied to the solar project lifecycle; from beginning project development through to operation, maintenance and optimization of the solar energy asset. Solarcollab has grown and evolved in tandem with the global financial technology ecosystem, and has applied disruptive technology solutions to the solar energy market.
How it Works
US SEC Registered
Solarcollab offers investors up to $50,000,000 of US SEC registered Class A Shares to finance the development and/or acquisition of a portfolio solar energy projects.
Each portfolio will contain between 15 - 50 solar energy projects that range in size from 2 - 5 MW. Each portfolio will be initially valued at $50M with each Class A Share offered at $1 USD.
Owners of Class A shares will have the right to receive; 1. 7% per year compounded return; plus 2. 70% of any additional net positive cash flow generated from the solar energy projects.
Trading and Settlement
Tokens are traded through web portals or decentralized exchanges. Settlements are blockchain recorded for authenticity, transparency and security of transactions.
Accredited and unaccredited investors review SEC registered offering and associated documents and purchase Class A shares and Tokens with integrated wallets and/or escrow.
Solarcollab codes newly minted digital ERC20 tokens that are assigned a symbol. Rights and restrictions are coded via smart contracts. Each token is pegged 1:1 to a Class A Share.
Solar Asset Tokenization
Solarcollab’s digitized assets are a primary issuance of security tokens that are pegged to US SEC Class A shares for fractional ownership of a portfolio of solar energy projects.
Security tokens are programable smart contracts on a blockchain with executable customizable features (dividends, hold periods, etc.) that are created for each issuance.
The Solarcollab platform matrix provides solar energy project financing, investment and liquidity opportunities through individual FinTech platforms.
